What can I say? I am tragic foodie – but with one big difference. The food I love the most is healthy, organic, vital and originating from our earth. As much as I live to eat, I also eat to live, and I love knowing how the food I consume is benefitting my body, mind and spirit.

I’ll never cease to be amazed at the way natural foods are perfect packages of health giving nutrients – vitamins, minerals and antioxidants which help to both prevent and remedy ill health. The food we consume each and every day is truly the simplest form of health insurance we can provide to ourselves. I love to experiment daily with various foods, from the latest trendy superfoods to the humblest of veggies picked straight from my garden, and I get a real kick out of knowing the particular qualities that the meal on my plate is providing me with – the many phytochemicals, vitamins and minerals that the earth provides for us, all aimed at keeping us healthy, vital and glowing from the inside and out.
